It is finished. Well, almost...

Oh happy day!

My Alfa is now 'warrantable' (although not yet 'warranted'). And what's more, it actually goes - I bought a new battery for it and drove it up and down the driveway!

A big thank you to Jono, Muffy and Simon for helping out today!

Yay!

Today was very fruitful! I managed to fit the rear end of the Alfa with its remaining suspension bushes, reassemble and adjust the brakes, and install a new wheel bearings to both the left and right rear.

Left to complete is assembly of the front bumper, grille and headlights, and the fitting of a new windscreen.

A chance to help the poor and needy

Many people like to give their money to help others who are in need.

Well here's the perfect opportunity; I need $37,000, ono.

If you can't quite afford the full amount I will be accepting partial donations.

You can drop them off at 58b, or you might see me on Monday the 24th.

Monday 24th

I didn't get much done on Saturday, alas. I spent too much time driving around looking for parts.
I need to order some rear wheel bearings.

So, next work-on-the-Alfa-day will be Monday the 24th. Open invite to all. I will hopefullly have the necessary parts/tools to make it a productive day.

Saturday the 15th...

...will be another day dedicated to working on the Alfa, since I really need it going so I can drive it to work.

Feel free to come and help/stand around.
